good morning , please help me... the case is : a new auditor has been appointed in EOGM as auditor appointed at last agm resigned, now what i have to do for roc purpose?? am i required to upload any resolution in form 22?? please reply as soon as possible. thanks & Regards CA Unnati Bhojak
