Dear Sir, I passed my CA Fina exams in Nov 13. And applied for CS executive. I wanted to know the requirements like SIP and all to be completed before appearing for exec exam. The CS site is not clear about the requirements.
1.What is the role of the Remuneration Committee with regard to remuneration to managing director whether they can recommend the remuneration or approve the remuneration. 2. If the remuneration committee approves the remuneration of md in time scale, whether we need the approval of the remuneration committee whenever there is any change within the time scale. Sir, I hav completed my EDP prog and vil be giving my CS Prof exam this June.But i am yet to start my 15 months training.So, Can i start attending PDP? Vil the PDP hours before training counted?? Is there any time limit for those PDP credits? Pl reply

Sir, I'm Sudarshan. I secured 9.0 in my tenth class. Now i took the subject MEC ( Maths, Economics, Commerce) in intermediate. I'm interested to do CA but my parents and many others are really afraid of my future whether i can clear or not. Is CA that difficult? and i'm not doing my intermediate in an Esteemed college with highly sophisticated coaching. I joined some normal institution with CA-CPT course. Is this ok till i clear my CPT ? or should i change to a good institution now itself? Please Suggest me something sir.. I'm in a dilemma.
