14 April 2010 can 2 or more companies have same registered office in ROC, 2 companies stating same address as its registered office...Is it possible...please specify section???

14 April 2010 YES 2 OR MORE COMPANIES HAVE SAME ADDRESS AS THEIR RO. THERE IS NO RESTRICTION ON 2 COMPANIES HAVING SAME ADDRESS AS ITS REGISTERED OFFICE. IN MY GROUP THERE ARE 11 COMPANIES AND ALL OF THEM HAVE SAME ADDRESS AS THEIR REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS.

Yes, it is very much possible.

However, make sure to execute lease or rent agreement with the Company or party who is the owner of the premises.
