Presently, i am working with an ISO 9001:2008 accredited Listed Company as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and and Risk Officer and dealing with all Secretarial Matters mainly compliance with Listing Agreement, Company Law and other Corporate Laws including Takeover Code and Insider Trading Regulations and other insurance related matters and filing claims.
I worked with an ISO 9001 : 14001 accredited Group as Company Secretary and dealing with all the Secretarial Matters and preparing for IPO.
