It is clearly written on the ITR-V that the signed copy should be sent by post ordinary or speed... I think send by courier may not be accepted..
Better wait for some days to get updated into your account the status of ITR-V recipt at CPC and see what is the status shown..if time is left yet..
Otherwise it is advisable to re-send by post without delay...

It should be sent by ordinary post only. Because in address P.O. Bag No. is mentioned. Other mode is not acceptable. Please send it again.
Imagine CPC sending lakhs of acknowledgements for courier receipts. Logistically impossible. Speedpost and Ordinary post are the only modes for ITR V receipt. If you are in Bangalore, there is a drop box in the CPC premises.
