23 February 2016 Hi i am planning to purchase a second hand machinery worth 20 lakhs whether vat/cst are applicable for such purchase if the purchase are take place intra/inter state purchase

in case of interstate 2% Cst will charge if buyer in register dealer under CST.

Otherwise full tax of the seller state will applicable.
