I am Working with Construction Firm and its an Partnership firm so PTEC & PTRC Registration Required for it.

06 June 2014 PTEC is not required for the firm but to all eligible partners. PTRC is required if there are employees to wjom salary is paid in excess of basic limit exempt under the PT Act.
