Hi thanks for your reply but I want an excel file to calculate the amount of provision for gratuity to be made in final account if I have 500 or more employees.

Provision for gratuity is to be made on actuarial basis. This means that you have to presume that at the end of the financial year all the staff who are in employment shall retire and on the basis of their numbers of months the provision has to be made.
