24 September 2016 if a doctor done operation in other hospital and get salary , so, is this proffessional income or salary income

24 September 2016 This will b treated as salary income for the doctor.

05 October 2021 But if the hospital deducts TDS u/s. 194J.... it should be treated as professional income...
