When does the Pf coverage for an employer start? Is it upon notification by the Pf department or immediately upon employment of 20 employees? Can Pf department calculate dues for the period before the organisation becomes a member?

PF coverage start immediately upon employment of 20 employees. PF dept will not calculate dues for the period before the organisation become a member.
