20 April 2013 Dear friends I have one small question…. As per my knowledge company will detect the employee PF from the Gross salary of employee then what about Employer PF? Is employer PF also will detect from employee gross salary ? please clarify.

Actually Gross Salary (CTC) Always Includes PF Contribution by Employer.
so That will be deducted from gross salary only.
