A PERSON WHO HAVE A PAN CARD , IF HE HAS ADOPDED WHAT IS RULE FOR CHANGE HIS FATHER NAME IN PAN CARD .

you can file Request for New PAN or/ And Changes or correction in PAN data form

I have already file application via UTI but they reject my request by saying that you can not change your father name with the person who adopt you , your father name can be changed in other legal and personal document but as per income tax rule your father name can not be change .
So sir you are requested please clear if any rule to change or not change father name after adoption .

in this case alongwith application must submit Addoption deed so that matter may be disposed off.

while my first reply, your Q was not full detailed. I thought your father name got mistake in PAN.
But in present scanrio you must attach adoption certificate with it. It is a legal document.

sir(s) i have allready attasted adoption deed but he saidle it is income tax rule your real father name must display on pan card and your legal father's name can not be replace with your real father name.
i can not understand how can i add my legal father name on my pan card .

You need to fill a form named: "Request for new PAN card or/and changes or correction in PAN data".

THIS IS TO CERTIFY THAT MR. KULDEEP SHARMA HIS DATE OF BIRTH IS 08.09.1979 AND CURRENTLY HE IS RESIDING AT 25, HARINAGAR, THANA BRHAMPURI, MEERUT-250002 (U.P.), IN PREVIOUS PAN DATA HIS FATHER NAME WAS WRONGLY MENTIONED GANESH KUMAR SHARMA.

BUT CORRECT NAME IS GANGESH KUMAR SHARMA.

ABOVE MENTIONED ALL DETAILS ARE TRUE TO MY BELIEF.
