I am asking if we are file online return but his current account and transaction not show in itr. then what is the penalty on me. IF ITR 4 file than ?

15 May 2013 There is no such penalty as to specific items of ITR. Which ITR you filed.

15 May 2013 It might result as an incorrect return if the disclosures are not correctly made. Pl check from this point of view.

02 July 2013 Individual items are not mentioned in the ITR. It is only when there is scrutiny of your case and the ITO or the assessing officer calls for the records and on the basis of the records as provided by you he issues notice u/s 133(6) and there arises some difference then only the problem arises otherwise not.
