Please see -

In the Details of every class of share capital of MCA Taxonomy,
What should be mentioned for the nature of share (I am unable to understand Section 82 of Companies Act)

Please clarify.

28 November 2011 Under this tag each type of share capital is to be mentioned in detail such as equity, preference and every classes thereof are to be mentioned in detail.

Such as 100 12% Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each.

100 14% Preference Shares of Rs. 100 each.

1000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
