2. whether packing & forwarding is included in ex-factory price or not?

25 May 2011 ex factory price refer , a Seller owns goods until they are picked up at his factory; selling price is the cost of the goods.

this means the price at the factory, and does not include any other charges, such as delivery or subsequent taxes.
