Which ITR form would be filled. I have been worked as a Individual contractor (194c)and Govt employee in fy 2011-12.

ITR-4 is applicable....

08 July 2012 which sheets of ITR 4 would be filled by me?
and which amount will be filled from from 16 (gross income or net income)

15 July 2012 Income chargable under tha head salary should be filled.

All applicable sheets should be filled, you will get the list on home sheet.
