- TDS
- VAT
- provident fund
- ESI

if the company has NO BUSINESS for a certain period.

18 June 2014 If there is no business in the financial year you should to file NIl return also. But must to prepare all financial reports of particular years

2. Professional Tax - NIL
3. TDS - No NIL return u need to just inquire the Department.
