How to open export house?????

I wanna open a export house for ,which will deal mainly in agro commodities ,products & spices..
i want to know full procedure .
what are the legal requirements/formaities?????????????????

04 September 2012 as per Para 3.10 of foreign trade policy 2009-2014

after fillup the ANF-3A Alongwith annexures of CA CERTIFICATE/CS/ICWAI Certificate about the documents / declaration provided by party ( Which is checked by them i.e. CA/CS/ICWAI)

Submit in duplicate the said anf-3a alongwith below mentioned certified and signed copies submit IN RJDFT OFFICE.

DOCUMENTS ARE:

1.Two copies of the application must be submitted unless otherwise mentioned.

2.Each individual page of the application has to be signed by the applicant.

1.Self certified copy of valid RCMC.

2.Statement of exports made in the preceding three licensing years and/or current licensing year duly certified by a Chartered Accountant/Cost and Works Accountant in the format given in Appendix 26.

3.Self certified copy of the Balance Sheet filed with Income Tax Authorities for the relevant year(s).

We want to start a fresh export house , we dont have any prior experience so still is it necessary to make a statement of exports with nil figure as you mentioned in point no. 2)????

05 September 2012 AS PER FOREIGN TRADE POLICY PARA 3.10.2(2009-2014) SAYS THAT STATUS RECOGNITION UPON EXPORT PERFORMANCE. AN APPLICANT SHALL BE CATEGORIZED AS STATUS HOLDER UPON ACHIEVING EXPORT PERFORMANCE WILL BE COUNTED ON THE BASIS OF INDICATED TABLE BELOW:

STATUS CATEGORY EXPORT PERFORMANCE FOB/FOR
(RUPEE IN CRORE)

EXPORT HOUSE 20
STAR EXPORT HOUSE 100
TRADING HOUSE 500
STAR TRADING 2500
PREMIER TRADING HOUSE 7500

in view of above you have not eligible if the export turnover doesn't occurs as per current foreign trade policy.

05 September 2012 Sir, my motto is that i want to start fresh export business in agro commodities,products,& spices.
i dont have any prior experience regarding export business.
can you pls tell me 1-what are legal requirements have to be complied for starting export of agro products..
2-how to make clients/customers in overseas?
i gone through various websites & i have done good homework of which products demand is good & looked export data & analysed about products & countries for supply..

but dont know how to make customers???

05 September 2012 you must contact direct from the buying house and mediater .

some EPCS also direct particiate in trade Fair and exhibition and you must particiapate in the foreign then buyer will direct order you and secondly you will be admissible for MDA GRANT TOO .
