02 December 2015 Dear experts,
We are manufacturer having turnover below 1.5 crore, however our product falls in excise therefore we are paying ED on input materials plzz clarify can we registered in excise provided that the turnover is below 1.5 crore, if yes after registration what will be the return filling procedure for the same....

03 December 2015 Yes you can take volantory excise registration and cab avail cent credit.

But after that you must charge excise on you sale.

For monthly compliance I,'ll suggest to take consultancy from an expert.
