22 October 2016 Can anyone please tell me by which month increased limit of ESI .i.e. 21k is applicable? Is this applicable on October'16 Month salary/wages. Thanks in Advance.

27 October 2016 Till date there is no such notification herd from the ESIC department, hence the limit is 15K. But it is going to apply ASAP.
