Pay dividend to its shareholders or not
If yes how much & what its procedure..

17 May 2016 Yes, a private limited company can pay dividend to its shareholders.

1. By way of interim dividend during any time of the financial year by passing a Board Resolution.

2. The board will recommend the final dividend, in AGM shareholders will approve and the dividend will be paid accordingly.

Company can pay only interim dividend
To its share holders...2) will company has
To pay DDT...3) law suggest the interim
Dividend is to be paid from free reserve
Plz let me know what is this free reserve,

18 May 2016 All companies can pay Dividend. Dividend Includes Interim dividend.

DDT is to be paid by all distribution of dividend.
