We want to strike off our private limited company. As the company has not doing any business since its incorporation and company had not done any compliance for annual filing also. That’s why directors status are showing as defaulting.
My questions are:
Can Defaulted Directors become Director in other existing company? Can Director’s status is change after striking off said company? Can Director incorporate new company after Striking off Said Company? How defaulting director can Change their defaulting status?
