Can any body tell me that whether we can claim Corporate dividend tax / Dividend distribution tax as refund? If yes and how? As nothing in the income tax act its written about getting CDT as refund i guess.

Please refer Section 115-O. Sub Section (4)- It's a final tax and no further credit shall be claimed by the company. Sub Section (5) -No deduction shall be allowed means adjustment is also not possible.
