Then that will be a major deterrent for those who aspire to do. In that case isn't it better to do ICWA course which provides exemption from practical training for those who are in full time job.

Yes. You are correct. There should be some exemption criteria in CA granting exemption from Articleship to experience professionals. But right now that is not the case and therefore doing ICWA will be better a observed by you.
