Site is owned by Husband and Wife . Both are co owner . They construct Flats and sell.

If amount received before Occupation certificate ,GST is applicable.

Query is : Whether GST has to Registered in the name of Husband and Wife Individually or they have to make partnership deed and registere in the name of Partnership .

Or GST registration in Husband or wife is sufficient?

I am a CA Final student and my 5 year registration will expire in February 2019...

Now I want to know that is there any such rule for revalidation that registration will be valid as long as student continues to appear in exam of final beyond 5 years.....

And registration will not lapse if he/she has given at least 1 of the last two exams conducted just before end of such five years...

Is there any such rule???
Please guide me as soon as possible

Am i eligible to write CA Final in May 2018, if i Pass my IPCC IInd Group in Nov 2018 (I completed 2.5 Years of articleship)?

I cleared CMA in 2013, considering it to be an older syllabus , what all exemptions I can avail in the subjects of CS at various stages if I want to pursue CS now .

My CA Final registration has expired a few months back. I have misplaced my documents so I don't know the exact date. I would appreciate if someone helped clear a few doubts I hve about revalidation.
1) can the revalidation form be submitted online or I have to visit the office desk?
2)how to we upload signature and school certificate on the online portal?
3)and is ther anylink from where I can get my certification details to recover my documents.

My ca final registration was on 6/2013. Since it is going to over I should revalidate it . Please tell me the procedure.

Where am I supposed to send the application? I have registered in Bangalore though my centralised office is in Chennai.

And if I revalidate it, I can continue the old course itself, right? Will it automatically convert to new course?

I got signed the form 103 from my auditor on 28/04/2018 but due to some issues i cant able to submit the form to ICAI on or before 30/04/2018. Due to this my final attempt nov 2020 will skip, pls answer me sir

whether newly introduced sec. 234F will also attract penalty even if I file NIL return (Income less than 2.5L) after the due date.

Sir I had sent my articleship registration form in the month of november last year, but I haven't received any confirmation pertaining to the same, I'm worried as it is almost four months, but my other friends who had registered after me under the same CA hav received confirmation letter. I have sent a mail pertaining to the same to E-Sahaayata, will my November 2018 exam get postponed to next year cause of this?

I want guidance /advise for choosing one subject from 4 elective subjects of Final group 2 .plz guide me I am confuse which subject to choose.
