Now I have joined govt job.
Can I complete my remaining 9 months articlship by taking leave in job?

On 27th March, goods of the sale value of ` 1,00,000 were sent on sale on return basis to a customer, the period of approval being two weeks. He returned 20% of the goods and approved 80% of the remaining on 31st March. Calculate the Cost of Inventory as per Books.
Given Answer: Rs.3,48,800/-
My answer coming is Rs.336,000/-

I wish to clarify a doubt
As per MCA amendment,(Companies (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2015 on 13th Feb, 2015) small company means whose paid up capital does not exceed Rs. 50 lacs and turnover as per last profit and loss account does not exceed Rs. 2 crores .
If both conditions fulfilled then only it will be classified as other than Small Companies
But when fill up MGT 7 the eform asks to affix CS DSC even the company not fulfill the share capital condition i.e the company have only below Rs. 50 Lakh Paid up capital and Turnover above 2 Crores.
Then why the eform asks CS sign?

I’m currently doing my 2nd year of articleship in Chennai. I wish to study B.L in a university in Karnataka they provide fake attendance and you are required to be present in the college only to write exams . As per our ICAI..if we have to pursue one more course, then we should intimate them in form 112. When spoke with the vice principal of the college she refused to get sign in form 112 as it may be a problem for them. My articleship or it’s timings do not get disturbed at all because of this course. I’m full day present in office. Shall I ignore form 112 ? What should i do..? But it is really important for me to do this course. Kindly answer me. Thanks in advance.

Friends i have doubt on how to write the answer of the question which is sometime asked for 8 marks & sometime for 4 marks. Icai in practice manual giving the same detailed answer in both the cases. For eg. in case of scheme of compromise & arrangement has approved by members in meeting, but still some members are dissenting. Then in such case what action the director shall take to implement the scheme. Earlier this question was asked in exam for 8 marks but in may 17 for 4 marks only. But in pm answer for both are same. So weather i write in exam the details procedure of scheme or just write that after approval of scheme by members the company shall file a petition with Tribunal for sanctioned & if Tribunal passed the order for sanctioning of scheme then it will be binding on all members & creditors including dissenting members. Will i get full marks if i write only the related portion as mentioned above if question is for 4 marks. please guide. thanks in advance.
