i have to register for articleship before 31 October 2016 other wise my final attempt will get delayed by six months but i haven't received my itt certificate yet wt shld i do to register before due date plz help guys

No, they will issue certificate for that, before that U'll not get ur Certificate Number. Actually its generated at the time of Certificate generation.
