I am doing CWA besides CA also. I am yet to start my articleship training then also is it necessary to fill up form 112 of CA? (I will start training in may'13)

01 April 2013 Yes, you have to send form 112 along with your articleship registration forms.

23 May 2013 Till you are not registered as an article you are free and you are not required to file 112 but once you are registered as an article then you are bound to take permission from ICAI to pursue any other course with your CA course
