A chartered accountant, my friend, working in an MNC wants to quit the organization. As per organization rules she is liable to serve 3 months noitce period. But she is able to serve only 5 weeks noitce instead of 3 months.
Are there any provisions in Chartered accountatn's Act or any other act which can have Adverse impact on her membership with ICAI.
