30 July 2016 I HAVE GET FORM 16 THERE ARE DIFRENCE BETWEEN AMOUNT PAID REFLECT IN FORM 16 PART A AND SALRY ACTULY I HAVE GET IN UNDER SALRY HEAD THAT REFLECT IN FORM 16 PART B

MY RETURN SOFTWARE ARE SHOWING THAT ONLY 10% VARIATION ARE ALLOWED
SO SUDGEST ME WHAT CAN I DO?

30 July 2016 Your employer must have shown much less/more than the amount he has actually paid to you. Nevertheless you may file the return even if it is less than 90% what employer has declared

if any employer have missed to give section 89 relief to employee in tds return and deduct more tds not reflect reilief of section 89 in form-16
so my question is that can employee claim section 89 relief in income return and claim for refund




31 July 2016 Yes ! You can claim relief u/s 89 in the ITR even if your employer has not covered it.

31 July 2016 IF EMPLOYEE HAVE NOT FILE INCOME TAX RETURN IN 2013-14 , AND HE HAVE GET AREAR OF 2013-14 IN 2015-16 .CAN GET RELIF89 OF THIS AREAR IN 2015-16 IT RETURN

MY BANK HAVE GIVE ME INTERST CERTIFICATE, IT CONTAINING
INT PAID = RS. 10319
INTERST ACCRUAL =RS. 32204
BANK HAVE DEDUCT TDS ON WHOLE AMOUNT 10% = RS. 4208

SO THESE QUSTION ARISE

1. WHAT AMOUNT SHOULD BE DECLERE IN IT RETURN 10319 OR 32204 OR TOTAL 42523

2 IF DECLERE 10319 CAN I CLAIM REFUND OF TDS( 4208-1031= RS. 3177)

3 IF DECLERE 42523 WILL IT PAY TAX ON IT BECAUSE I HAVE GROSS TOTAL INCOME RS . 716680 AND BELONG 20% TAX SLAB, BUT BANK HAVE DEDUCT TDS AT 10% ON INTERST

31 July 2016 You need to show Rs. 42523 as your interest income and pay the differential tax. In your earlier query also it's better to tell your employer to revise their TDS return and reflect the actual figure of your salary to avoid miss match of figures and face problem at the time of assessment.
