Dear Bansal Ji, We are not getting the credit of self assessment tax paid against the deceased person. What to do. We have the challan.

An assesse filed his ROI for the A.Y. 2013-14 on dated - 03/10/2013 and refund of Rs. 6700 credited to his bank account on 22/11/2013. After 4 years i.e.on feb. 2017 he came to know that he was claimed illegal refund due to suppressed the total income. now the assesse wants to return the refund amount.
