Professor R.D. Maheshwari is a faculty with Chandiok's AddApptive Learning Solutions (CALS). He has been teaching Corporate and Allied Laws to CA Final Students for over 30 years. He has also been associated as a visiting faculty with Northern India Region Council of the ICAI. He has taught at the Department of Commerce, Delhi University. His book Corporate and Allied Laws is highly rated by CA Final Students.
