16 September 2014 I started a company with my wife and there is no activity zero incoem I want to file its income tax, need help please contact with full details fee and paper required.

16 September 2014 1. yes you need to file the return compulsorily.

2. you need to balance sheet and profit & loss a/c (even if there is no transaction)

3. You need a digital signature to file the return

4. you need an auditor to sign your financial statements under companies act
