01 August 2014 Sir I have file itr-I instead of ITR-II as Mr. is having exempted income from hra,conveyance, childern education.

What should I do?

1.Is income tax department issue notice regarding that

2. Is return is defective

It is not possible to revised return it requried receipt number.

You can file revised return in ITR-II.
Receipt No. will be available in the acknowledgment.
