Dear expert,
Since last 15 days, I am observing that my laptop not taking auto updates and whenever I try it to do manually, a message appeares again and again that "windows update service not running it need to restart" . My AVG antivirus program also stopped to working. I uninstalled it and downloaded the avast free antivirus but after restart it was totally removed from laptop. I tried another softwares, but result is again same.
Please advise me.
