21 December 2014 Dear sir, A company has work of Job work & Contract and company deduct epf esi of their employee not their contractors where as contractor has more than 15 labour.

21 December 2014 Contractor has to deduct epf and esi of their employees if they are not doing, it may shift to the company as principal employer.
