09 June 2016 sir whose tin number is paste on excise invoice if buyer and consignee are not same.

1) if buyer and consignee both are situated with in same state.
2) if buyer and consignee both are situated different state.

09 June 2016 you have to all detail for buyer and also the consignee. you may no option for that.

09 June 2016 the example is -

I have a purchase order of a company, in which buyer(head office) and consignee(factory) address are different but state is same. I have tin no. of buyer, so my question is if i paste tin no of buyer in excise invoice only, so it sufficient or should i take consignee tin no also.?

09 June 2016 buyer is sufficient but if you have then mention of consingee taxation detail also.
