hello frends,
i have one friend those income comes from bussioness or some other sources so wht is valid itr form the ay 11-12 (itr4 or itr4s(sugam2011))

18 May 2011 According to me ITR-4 should be a proper Form. As,

ITR-4S is For Assessees Claiming Presumptive Business Income tax Return

and

ITR-4 is For individuals and HUFs having income from a proprietory business or profession
