which one ITR1 or ITR2 or ITR4 ?

12 July 2011 I am a housewife. I have earned
interest from 3 bank accounts as 4708,13100
& 40746. I have a trading account from which i have short term gain 21751/- and long term gain 27174/-. i want to efile my tax returns . Which one ITR1 or ITR2 or ITR4 i should file ? Please suggest
