26 July 2016 An employee worked for 7 months and balance 5 months in Australia..which ITR to be filed??

26 July 2016 if the employee owns any foreign asset (even let us say a bank account in Australia)...go for ITR2, else ITR1

26 July 2016 he worked for only 5months in Australia.. whether the same shall be disclosed in ITR?

26 July 2016 if he has foreign asset?That is the key question.
If yes....file ITR2, if NO...file ITR1
