Nature of business/profession :
Production of ad films/short films. Client is producing ad films/short films on behalf of company.Company is deducting tds@1% u/s. 194C.
My view is that assessee is liable for tax audit u/s. 44AB.
Kindly let me know whether tax audit is applicable or not for AY 14-15 ?
