13 June 2015 Dear Sir whether schedule III of balance sheet is applicable on section 8 companies. ( NPO).

13 June 2015 Yes, because exception is for banking, insurance and electricity company vide 2nd proviso to section 129 (1) of the Companies Act,2013.
