When to register for ca-final

24 September 2014 i had cleared my ipcc first group in may 2014 and giving 2nd group in nov. 2014,
i wanted to know that when i have to register for ca- final, with articleship (for which i will register before 31st october) or after clearing 2nd group?
please reply soon.......
