What should i do in my career

09 October 2015 i qualified in nov 2009 i searched for a job but got in may 2010 in a ca firm with a salary of rs 12000.
in 2011 i joined an organisation and till date working in the same. profile is not good making manual voucher of rent received, tds analysis with 26as, making 3cd in excel and sent to auditors...my annual ctc is 450000 per month

Please tell me what should i do i am afraid because of past in comparison to past i am in a better situation i am earning and have a job but in comparison of CA designation i am getting nothing...

please advice wht should i do i should change or not??

23 October 2015 I can not sit ideal at home thats why i am afraid that instead of getting good job i loose my present job also and sit at home......as i have struggled a lot after qualify ca to get job having 12k salary

I said just try to find a good job first and then only leave the old one.. this is the professional way buddy.. don't leave the old one until you get the new one

manual voucher making.
Checking vouchers.
checking of returns (that too formality)

tds analysis with 26as
filing of service tax return and tds return but i filed in 2010
filing of individual and corporate itr
Balance sheet finalization as per revised schedule vi (now schedule ii)
aware about some provisions of companies act 2013

24 October 2015 either grasp full on knowledge of co act 13

just make yourself perfect in any one field, like dt,idt,accounts etc... and then look for any vacancy regarding this only

24 October 2015 I m in accounts profile.. working as head of the department... and having responsibility of all india working related to tds, service tax, accounting, all incomes expenses....!!!!

24 October 2015 that depends .. once you have two year experience.. you can easily start above ctc of 6 lacs... and then depending on your skills talents....!!

the important thing is to reach at managerial designation.. then salary will automatic keeps growing

24 October 2015 seriously I didn't got why this all is happen... where you are lacking.. its almost 4th time we are discussing this.. but stil not able to find out the reasons why u not getting good chances....!!
