The GST schedule does not specify any rates for ebooks. Ebooks will be categorised as goods or services ?
what rate shall be applied to ebooks ?

Software considered as Services and 18% GST applicable. In the rate schedule for service 18% rate is the residual head applicable for items for which no rate is specified.
