What is the CST rate in Tamil Nadu

VAT rate increased from 4% to 5% in Tamil Nadu, whether CST also is 5% or is it 4%.

CST against C Form is 2% and it was 4% without C FOrm in Tamil Nadu before 12th July 2011.

Currently with C Form CST is 2% but
what is the CST rate when VAT is 5%
