22 March 2012 Hello i am Shanu Singhal we are registered under Delhi sales tax & we are not resisted under WCT tax we raised invoices to Delhi International Airport Pvt. Ltd Delhi for Installation & material Supply. They deducted 1% tds and 2 % WCT on full invoice value. Please tell How we can claim wct amount which is deducted by DIAL.

you can claim WCT in your VAT return file. as advance vat payment. means wct adjusted with output vat as advance vat payment.
