25 May 2016 Hi,
I've raised WCT invoice separately...i.e. Supply invoice 1 in Mar.16 whereas Service Tax invoice 2 in Apr.16......So my question is Should i consider Service Tax invoice in Mar.16 or in Apr.16....??

25 May 2016 service tax will applicable from date of invoice made first for service provided.
