if in partnership only one director has taken money from financial instution,where it is against deed.as per deed two directors want to sign on it,what is the result if only one director had taken by keeping his signature. what is the liability of the director

firstly how director comes in partnership firm? if u meant partners then both shall be liable if loan taken in name of firm even against deed and only by 1 firm
