Dear Experts, just want to check if i have paid some expenses on behalf of client & getting same reimbursed from him, who has to retain the original bills.

It is general practice that one who ultimately pays; retains the original bills. . No circular or some notification on these are issued. . For example; if you lodge a claim on Insurance Company; then you are required to submit it all the original bills.
